BRAND NEW CYLINDER HEAD.

Brand new GENUINE pistons and piston rings / Ceramic Coating +$700

We crack test and machine the crank and supply new mains, and big end bearings ALSO GENUINE.

Machine the rods to suit new pins and bushes.

Standard Head Bolts / ARP UPGRADE +$1100

New water pump and a genuine thermostat.

Full gasket overall kit for all seals and gaskets.

Free testing of injector pump. 
 
Free testing of injectors.

Free testing of glow plugs.

We can also install the ZD30 engine in your car, ask us for a quote. 

DOES NOT INCLUDE INSTALL – but we can install for +$2000 drive in drive out 

DOES NOT INCLUDE FITMENT OF YOUR ENGINE ACCESSORIES LIKE ALT / Ac / turbo / external brackets can also be done for extra. 

Lead time is roughly 2-4 weeks depends on machining and part delivery's!
